RG’s Day at the Zoo With Cherry Vile Prep (Last Swig of Vile)

December 8, 2008

Which brings us to the end of the Cherry Vile segment of my story and on to the story of Grandpa and Random Granddaughter’s day at the zoo.

A story that includes pirates and pieces of eight, a jungle gym in the jungle, Random Granddaughter’s adventures with the ducks, RG’s discovery of consumerism, RG’s venture into asking Grandpa about the “Facts of Life,” RG’s attempt to abuse her powers as a fire chief, RG’s refusal to take a nap, and RG’s meltdown in revenge after she took a nap, not to mention RG’s financial education, including consumer spending, investing, and philanthropy. And more.

  1. I was beginning to worry that RG would have graduated from high school by the time you got to the zoo adventure part of your story.

Oh, I’m longing to hear about RG’s questions on the ‘Facts of Life’ and your answers. 😉

David, RG has already skipped kindergarten, high school, and enrolled at Swarthmore. (Swarthmore was RD’s first choice, but they dithered and Oberlin accepted her, and events proceeded in the way you all know.)

Truce, I don’t know if you are mature enough for this material. Please provide a note from your mother indicating that you have her permission to read such adult material.

I am intrigued about the fire chief part.
